Refund policy

At SEYR, we want every piece you receive to meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
Not show signs of damage, alteration or wear.
Be accompanied by the original order details or order number.

Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, altered or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery
Defective
Different from the item ordered
Missing any part or accessory

please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend taking clear photographs/videos of the package and product immediately upon delivery, particularly if the package appears damaged.

After verification, SEYR may offer a replacement, exchange or full refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, an eligible return may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error, defect or issue attributable to SEYR.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn or used.
Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Customized or personalized products, unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Products returned without their original packaging where the packaging is required for resale.
Items showing signs of alteration or misuse.

This does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

Reason for return: Brief description
Photos/Videos: Where applicable

Please replace these details with your actual SEYR contact information before publishing.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return instructions if the return is approved.

6. Return Inspection

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions.

If the return is approved, we will process the applicable refund or replacement.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider.

For eligible refunds, SEYR will initiate the refund after the return has been received and approved.

8. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we may provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

For a change-of-mind request, exchanges are subject to availability and SEYR's approval.

9. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped may not be cancellable. If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery where the product is eligible under this policy.

10. Refunds for Unavailable or Unfulfilled Orders

If SEYR is unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will inform you and provide the applicable refund for any amount already paid, in accordance with applicable law.
